Can I add, change or cancel my order once it has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email orders@marsuno.com straight away (and please include your order number or brand name) and we will do our best to accomodate any needs or changes you have.

Where are your products sourced?
We have wholesale sourcing with the largest and most-trusted companies in the industry including: SanMar, Alpha Broder, S&S Activewear, Lane Seven and more, so we can make your custom projects happen. If you are looking for something specific and don’t find it in these companies, just email us at orders@marsuno.com and we can help search for the perfect products for your brand!
I see the turn around time is 5-10 business days, what if I need to my items to be rushed?
Depending on the size of the order, orders can be rushed for an additional fee. Please let us know at orders@marsuno.com in advance of any orders that require a rush.
Is everything created in house?
Yes! We do all of the print and design in house. We specialize in Direct to Garment Printing, sewing, embroidery, screen printing, and fulfillment services for clothing brands, businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, bands, and sports leagues.
Where do you ship to?
All of our orders are shipped out of our Marsuno Creative HQ based in Costa Mesa, CA. We have accounts with USPS and UPS and have daily pick-ups from our warehouse. We can ship both domestically and internationally, although we recommend checking for any shipping or delivery restrictions when requesting to ship internationally.

What are your hours of operation?
Meeting hours are typically 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday with production running up to 18 hours a day. We can also accomodate order pick-ups outside of our normal meeting hours to work with your schedule.
Do you take on small projects?
We work with brands and customers of all sizes and volumes! With DTG printing, we can single pieces, sewing can also often be done without minimums. Digital transfers have a minimum order of 10 pieces per design. We are willing to work with you no matter how big or small your project is. Can I return my product if I don’t like it?
We make every effort before production to communicate with our clients on any potential issues with designs or garments, and often require approval of samples before bulk production runs, so we don’t offer returns on finished goods. We want all our customers to have a great experience, so please let us know right away about any issues with your order and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Can I give you the products to get printed on?
You can supply garments to be printed or embellished. Please note, for DTG printing we recommend 100% cotton garments for best results. For blended garments (like 50/50 t-shirts, most fleece, etc.), the polyester (or other fabric content) can dull the vibrancy of the print and may not have the same overall quality and washability. We stock a variety of garments to be able to meet your needs, and can also order other garments, colors, etc. for you as well. If you’re not sure if your garment will work, please check the care label for fabric information and we can advise you based on that.
